2024 NEWCASTLE HOG Chapter XMAS Party Weekend

When: Check in Friday 15th November 2024 and Check out Sunday 17^th November 2024

Reservations: Bookings for accommodation need to be made directly with the venue. Call 0265546273. Individuals are responsible for booking accommodation.

Inclusions: Dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. ALL HELD AT CAMP KITCHEN/ENTERTAINMENT AREA - see image below.

Friday 15th November - Get ready for the ultimate afternoon delight! Snack time kicks off at 4 pm, followed by a mouthwatering BBQ dinner at 6 pm. After that, it's trivia time! Test your knowledge, groove to some tunes, and soak in the outdoor fun. It's a party you won't want to miss!

Saturday 16th November - Fuel up from 7:30 am with breakfast, then dive into outdoor fun and games from 3 pm to 4 pm. At 5 pm, Santa makes a grand entrance, followed by a festive XMAS Dinner at 6 pm. Stick around for raffles and tunes to keep the party going!

Sunday 17th November - Breakfast from 7.30am and then time to check out. 

Additional Charges: Any member guests are charged at $25 per person, kids under 10 free. Payable to the Treasurer /Director at the party weekend.

Raffle: Saturday Evening Huge XMAS Raffle, bring extra $$$

Message from Santa: I'll be joining everyone on Saturday afternoon, but I could use your assistance. Gentlemen, kindly bring an appropriate wrapped Xmas gift for another male member, valued at $25. Ladies, please prepare an appropriate wrapped XMAS gift for another female member, also valued at $25. If you're bringing children, don't forget to bring a wrapped gift with their name on it. We'll have Santa Bags ready for you to place your wrapped gifts in.

Note: In the past, most attendees drove to Forster and gave the bikes a rest for the weekend.
