2023 Chapter Xmas Party

Newcastle Hog Christmas Party Friday the 17th to the 19th of November at Lani's Holiday Island in Forster (02 6554 6273).

There have been Cabana and Villa units placed on hold for members to be able to book with the venue around the Entertainment Centre we will have for the weekend.

Bookings for accommodation need to be made direct with the venue (02 6554 6273), advise you are from Newcastle Harley Owners Group.

Members attending will need to confirm their attendance and numbers in Member Jungle to allow for catering to be arranged.

Catering of dinner Friday night, Breakfast Saturday, Dinner Saturday and Breakfast Sunday is supplied by the Chapter for members. Any non members guests are charged at $25 per person, kids under 10 free.

Santa and his trusty elf will again be joining us, presents to the value of $20 to be supplied by members, Male members supply a present for another Male member, Female members for another Female member. Any member bringing children please supply gifts with their names on it.

Final numbers are needed by Friday 3rd November to confirm catering.
